Building Confidence: Don't Fake It, Feel It!

Join another workshop of the series "Working with heart and mind" organised by ImprovLEAD in May in Central London.

Expressing yourself with confidence in professional and social settings is key to your success, to get your message heard and to obtain more understanding and collaboration in your life. We believe that you don't have to fake confidence until you get it, but that you can build up confidence from past experiences and emotions while you work towards achieving a more conducive and long-lasting mindset.

You will hear helpful tips and have the opportunity to engage in some powerful and enjoyable improv exercises.

No experience in improvisation theatre is required, just bring along curiosity and good vibes!!!!
